Paul Redstone: Looking after the residents and parishes of Northern Rother
Conservative County Councillor for Robertsbridge, Ewhurst, Bodiam, Northiam, Beckley, Peasmarsh and Rye Foreign
Paul has been the area's county councillor since May 2021, succeeding Angharad Davies. With the exception of a recent period of serious illness, from which he has now recovered, he attends all Parish Councils, responding and sorting issues raised by them and local residents.
Before becoming a councillor he built businesses in pharmaceuticals and IT, and remains an IT expert, though now retired. He aims not only to provide a good service for residents in Northern Rother but also to ensure sensible government in East Sussex.
"I have a strong interest in addressing climate change, through reducing my personal carbon footprint at home and when travelling.
Paul donates a lot of time towards various charities, in particular one addressing climate change in football and by football fans.
